Built for Goalkeepers Who Train Hard… but Still Feel Stuck

Most young goalkeepers are already trying. They stay after training. They train on their own. They watch videos and copy drills. They care.

And yet, the same problems keep showing up on match day.

That quiet ride home after a bad game. Replaying everything in your head. Wondering what you did wrong, and not knowing what to fix.

Motivation isn't the problem. No one has ever shown you what actually matters for you right now.

Team training isn't built for goalkeepers. So you guess. Drill to drill. Video to video.

That's not a plan. That's hoping.

What changes

What You'll Notice in Your Games

Goal kicks that actually travel

Distance is technique before it's strength. You fix the plant foot and the strike first, then add the power.

"I used to not be able to even get it off the ground and I just went to their striker. Now I can get it off the ground." Harvey

Dives that feel quick and clean

Most dives are lost in the set position and the power step, not in the air. You get the shape right, then go high.

"The best bits of the training course are the techniques, such as the push-up and the power step." James, 9

Up for the second save

Getting up fast is a skill you can drill. You stop conceding the rebound after a good first save.

"He's punching balls out of the goal, and coming out of the box a lot more than he ever would in the past." Kent's mum

Calm with the ball at your feet

You know when to play short and when to go long, and how to do both under pressure.

"I've gotten better with my goal kicking under pressure, I've gotten better with my passes." Ezreal, 17

Every doubt, someone had it first

"But Will It Work for Us?"

Will he actually train on his own?

He was out there in the rain, in the heat... the neighbors would be walking in the morning and there's that kid by himself just diving in the goal again.

Kent's mum

He's always out in the garden working on his kicking. Seeing how committed he is now compared to a year ago is incredible.

Can it get him noticed?

I've signed for a top division club, been called up to trial with Real Betis, and improved a ton, and a lot of it was thanks to you and your program.

Is he too young, or too new?

I've mainly used this on my nine year old son... He's now been playing in goal just over a year and he's already at an academy.

John, father of two keepers

Filmed testimonial

I've been putting in the work about 2 hours a day 6 days a week... and my progress has exploded. On the pitch my presence is definitely known, I come out for every cross that I can.

We already have a coach.

When I'm unable to coach goalkeepers myself, Kristian's online courses provide a clear, reliable way for them to keep learning and improving.

Definitely the best program I've seen so far.

Who built it

I Wasn't Missing Effort. I Was Missing Guidance.

Kristian walking out in the Faroe Islands national team shirt

When I was growing up, I didn't have a goalkeeper coach. No plan, and nobody telling me what to focus on right now. So I trained alone, and I guessed.

Going into senior football, one mistake could stay in my head for the rest of the match. Sometimes the whole week. I remember standing in goal thinking:

"Don't mess this up. Don't mess this up."

It wasn't that I needed more talent, or to train harder. I needed structure. Someone to show me what to work on, and in what order.

20+years in goal
500+competitive games
CL & ELqualifiers

I've represented my country against Italy, Denmark and Scotland. And I still remember the ride home after the bad games.

So I built the plan I never had, so you don't spend years guessing like I did.

Kristian coaching Daisy-Mai through a low dive
Daisy-Mai finished the program, then flew all the way to the Faroe Islands to train with me. Today she's signed for AFC Telford United.

This Works Incredibly Well. But Only for the Right Goalkeeper.

Don't join if...

  • You're looking for a shortcut instead of building habits that stick
  • You like the idea of structure, but won't follow one for more than a week
  • You want confidence without putting in consistent work
  • You're not ready to take responsibility for your own development yet

Join if...

  • You train hard but still feel unsure in games
  • You're tired of guessing and want a plan you can trust
  • You train alone, or without real goalkeeper coaching
  • You're serious about the next 6 to 12 months, not just "having good days"

Questions Parents Ask

How old do you have to be?

Most keepers inside are 11 to 18. The drills scale, so a younger keeper does fewer reps of the same thing. Adults use it too.

How long is a session?

25 to 45 minutes, warm-up included. The plan tells you how long before you start, so it fits around school and team training.

Do I need a goal, or someone to serve the ball?

No. Every drill is filmed for one keeper with one ball. Most of it works against a wall or in a garden. Where a drill needs a goal, I say so and give you another option.

What equipment do I need?

A ball, gloves and a few cones, and you can use anything for cones. Some sessions use small hurdles or a second ball, and the plan always tells you before you start.

Will it still help if he already has a goalkeeper coach?

Yes, and usually more. A coach gives him an hour a week. This covers the other six days, so he turns up having already worked on what the coach told him last time.

What if he misses a week?

He picks up where he left off. Nothing expires and nothing locks.

Will my price go up?

Not while you stay. The price for new members goes up to $47 a month soon. Join at $27 and you keep $27 for as long as you're a member.

How do I cancel?

Email me at kristian@groundglory.com and I stop it the same day. No contract and nothing to phone up about.

Still not sure? Try it for 30 days. If it isn't helping, email me and you get every penny back.
