How is this different from free drills on YouTube?
YouTube gives you drills. It doesn't tell you which one you need, what order to do them in, or when to move on. That is the whole difference. A drill you find is a drill. A plan tells you which one and when. I put my own free videos on YouTube every week and I still built this, because the videos were never the missing piece.
Do I need someone to serve the ball for me?
No. Every drill is filmed for one keeper on their own, with one ball. Some work better with a server if you have one, and I say so, but nothing in here requires a second person.
I don't have a goal or much space. Does it still work?
Yes. Most of it works against a wall, in a garden, or on any flat patch of grass. Where a drill needs a goal I say so, and there is an alternative.
How long does a session take?
Between 25 and 45 minutes, including the warm-up. The plan tells you which it is before you start, so you can fit it around school and team training.
Will it still help if I already have a goalkeeper coach?
Yes, and it usually helps more. A coach gives you an hour a week. This covers the other six days, and it means you turn up to their session having already worked on the thing they told you last time.
What if I miss a week?
You pick up where you left off. Nothing expires and nothing locks. The plan is a path, not a timer.
How fast will I notice something?
Most keepers feel the difference in the first two weeks, and it is usually clarity before it is technique. Knowing what you're working on changes how a session feels immediately. The physical changes take longer.
Is this instead of my team training?
No. It's the work you do on your own, on top of it. Team training rarely gives a goalkeeper enough keeper-specific repetition, and that gap is what this fills.
I'm a parent and I don't know anything about goalkeeping.
That's fine, and a lot of the people reading this are you. You don't have to coach anything. The plan tells them what to do and the videos show them how. Your job is a lift and a bit of encouragement.
What age is it for?
Most members are between 11 and 18. The drills scale, so a younger keeper does fewer reps of the same thing. Adults use it too.
Do I need equipment?
A ball and gloves. Cones help and you can use anything for them. The gym program assumes a gym, but there are home options in it.
How do I cancel?
Email me at kristian@groundglory.com and I stop it the same day. No contract, no notice period, and nothing to phone up about.
What if it doesn't help?
Then I refund you. Follow it for 30 days, and if you don't feel clearer about what you're training and why, email me and you get every penny back. I cover the processing fees too.
