Does this sound familiar?

Your child looks sharp in training. Confident. Making saves. The coach even says they're doing well. Then match day comes.

One cross. One mistake. One moment that doesn't go right. And suddenly everything changes. The shoulders drop. The communication stops. And then there's the car ride home, where they're quiet, frustrated, replaying everything in their head.

That's not a talent problem. That's a structural problem. And it's exactly what this mentorship is designed to fix.

Hear From Goalkeepers Inside the Program

Built by a Keeper Who's Been in Your Gloves

I’m Kristian. I’ve been where you are.

I've played over 500 semi-professional and professional games.

And spent years coaching serious goalkeepers who want more than just “more training”

I know what it looks like when a keeper works hard but still feels unsure.

Good days in training but doubting yourself in matches.

That’s why I work 1:1 with a small number of goalkeepers and parents.

If you’re looking for clarity, confidence, and real leadership growth, this is where it starts.

What Your Goalkeeper Gets Inside the Mentorship

  • A private onboarding call to build their personal plan. We start with a call together. Me, your child, and you. I assess where they are right now, what's working, what's not, and from that we build a clear 90-day development plan around them specifically. From day one, your goalkeeper knows exactly what to work on and why.

  • Weekly live group sessions with serious keepers their age. Each week your goalkeeper joins a live call with a small group of goalkeepers around the same age, all going through the same challenges. Each session has a set curriculum and runs for 45 to 60 minutes. This environment builds confidence fast because they realise they're not alone.

  • Three personal 1:1 coaching calls with me. This is where we go deeper into their individual development. We review match performances, adjust training priorities, and solve the specific challenges they're facing. No generic advice. Everything is tailored to them.

  • A structured training library with guided sessions each week. Your goalkeeper follows a clear weekly plan. Most keepers spend around 3 to 5 focused hours per week on top of their normal team training. Some of it is on the pitch. Some can be done at home. No professional facilities needed. Just a ball, some space, and consistency.

  • Daily access to me and my team. Voice messages. Quick feedback. Short video explanations when needed. Your goalkeeper is never left guessing between sessions.

  • A private community of goalkeepers and parents. A place to ask questions, share progress, celebrate wins, and support each other throughout the 90 days.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does the mentorship actually work if we're not in the same country?

Everything is done remotely and it works brilliantly. Your goalkeeper gets a structured training plan they follow each week, we meet on live video calls, and between calls they can send me clips, voice messages, or questions any time. I respond personally with feedback, video breakdowns, or a quick call if needed.

Some of my best results have come from goalkeepers I've never met in person. The distance doesn't limit what we can do together. It just means your keeper needs a phone or a camera and the willingness to send me footage.

Do we need to record matches?

I strongly recommend it, but it doesn't need to be complicated. A phone on a tripod behind the goal gives me everything I need. We use match footage to break down positioning, decision making, body language, and reactions to mistakes.

This is one of the most powerful parts of the programme because I can show your goalkeeper exactly what's happening and why, not just guess from a description. Most families tell me the match review sessions are their keeper's favourite part.

What exactly is included in the 90 days?

A private onboarding call where we assess your goalkeeper and build their personal development plan. Eight structured live group calls with goalkeepers around the same age. Three personal 1:1 coaching calls with me where we go deep into their individual development.

A full structured training library with guided video sessions for each week. Daily access to me and my team via voice message, video, or text for feedback, questions, and support. A private community of goalkeepers and parents going through the programme together. Plus a personal Google Drive folder where everything is saved so your goalkeeper keeps it all forever.

How much time does the programme take each week?

Most goalkeepers spend around 3 to 5 focused hours per week on top of their normal team training. The home training sessions inside the app are around 20 to 30 minutes each, and I recommend doing them about three times a week depending on your keeper's schedule.

Everything is designed to fit around school, club training, family life, and even other sports. We figure out the right rhythm together on the onboarding call so nobody feels overwhelmed.

Can the training be done from home?

Yes. All of the sessions inside the training app can be done from home, a backyard, a garage, or any small space. You don't need professional facilities. A ball and some space is all you need.

The structured weekly training plans that involve more goalkeeper specific work can be done at a local park or wherever your keeper has access to grass or turf. We make it work with whatever you've got.

What age range is this for?

The mentorship is designed for serious goalkeepers between 10 and 18. I group the live calls by age so your keeper is always working alongside others in a similar stage of development. Whether they're 11 and just finding their feet or 16 and preparing for academy trials, the programme is tailored to where they are right now.

My child is quite shy and doesn't talk much. Is that a problem?

Not at all. I've worked with goalkeepers who barely said a word on the first call and were leading conversations by the end of the programme. I don't force anyone to talk before they're ready.

Thumbs up and thumbs down works just fine at the start. Communication is actually one of the things we build throughout the 90 days, both on the pitch and off it. Most parents tell me their child opens up more as the weeks go on because they feel understood.

What does the programme actually cover?

Goalkeeping breaks down into five pillars: technical, physical, tactical, mental, and lifestyle. We work on all five. Technically, we cover whatever your keeper needs most, whether that's diving, handling, 1v1s, crosses, distribution, footwork, or positioning. Physically, we build strength, speed, and mobility appropriate to their age.

Tactically, we work on decision making, reading the game, and communication. Mentally, we cover confidence, dealing with mistakes, pre match nerves, and emotional stability. And on the lifestyle side, we talk about sleep, nutrition, hydration, and the habits that support performance. Everything connects together because that's what makes the difference.

Can you help with specific weaknesses like goal kicks or 1v1s?

Absolutely. That's the whole point of the 1:1 approach. On the onboarding call we identify exactly what your keeper needs to work on and I build the plan around those specific gaps. If goal kicks are the issue, we work on technique and build it progressively.

If 1v1s are the problem, we break down the decision making and the different save options. Nothing is generic. The plan is built for your goalkeeper specifically.

My child's team coach doesn't do any goalkeeper specific training. Will this help?

This is one of the most common situations I see. Your keeper goes to team training, spends 95% of the time doing outfield drills, and gets almost no specific goalkeeper coaching. That's not the coach's fault, it's just the reality of most youth setups. This mentorship fills that gap completely.

Your keeper will have a full structured training plan, personal coaching, match analysis, and daily support. They'll be developing as a goalkeeper every single day, not just in the few minutes they get during team sessions.

Should parents be on the calls?

That's completely up to you. Some parents join every call. Some check in occasionally. Some let their keeper handle it independently. I welcome parents because this is a family journey.

The mentorship works best when the parent understands what we're working on so they can support their child between sessions. But there's no pressure either way. We find what works for your family.

Can this help my goalkeeper get scouted or prepare for trials?

Yes. Several goalkeepers inside the programme have gone on to attract academy interest, earn scholarship opportunities, and trial for higher level teams. We can absolutely work backwards from a specific target, whether that's making a regional academy team, preparing for high school or college trials, or earning the number one spot at their current club.

The development plan is built around wherever your keeper wants to go.

What if my child plays other sports as well?

That's completely fine, especially at younger ages. I don't believe in forcing kids to specialise too early. We build the training schedule around everything else in their life.

If they swim twice a week and play football three times, we adjust the plan so it fits. The key is consistency, not volume. Three focused sessions a week built into a structured plan will always beat six random ones.

How many goalkeepers do you take at a time?

Five. That's it. I keep the numbers small because I'm personally involved in every goalkeeper's development. I'm the one reviewing their clips, answering their messages, running the calls, and building the plans. If I took more, the quality would drop, and I'm not willing to let that happen.

Is there a refund or guarantee?

Yes. There's a 14 day refund period. If you join and feel like this isn't what was promised, you get every penny back. No questions asked. I've never had someone ask for a refund, but the option is there so you have zero risk.

How much does it cost?

The full 90 day mentorship price is discussed on the call. The price includes everything: the onboarding call, all group and 1:1 sessions, the training plans, the daily support, the community access, and the personal Google Drive with all recordings and resources that your keeper keeps forever. Payment plans are available. I'm flexible and we can figure out what works for your family on the strategy call.

What happens after the 90 days?

By the end of the programme, your goalkeeper will have the habits, the structure, and the self awareness to continue developing independently. They keep everything inside their Google Drive forever, including all call recordings, training plans, and resources.

Many families do continue working with me, but the goal is to build independence, not dependence. I want your keeper to walk away knowing exactly how to keep getting better on their own.

When does the next intake start?

The current intake begins with onboarding calls between June 17th and 22nd, with the full programme starting from June 29th. After this group fills, the next intake could be months away depending on my schedule. I only open spots when I have the capacity to give each goalkeeper my full attention.
